Sonoporation efficiency of PANC-1 cells at various acoustic pressures and pulse lengths. As expected, we do not observe sonoporation below the vaporization threshold of the PCCAs (i.e., at 125 kPa) or when cells are insonified in the absence of PCCAs (US alone).
