A 2 % PFCE nanoemulsion stabilized with PEG-PCL copolymer was systemically injected to a pancreatic tumor bearing mouse every 2 h 200 μl each for four times and a total PFCE dose of 2 mmol/kg. Coronal slices in the 19F MR images superimposed on the low resolution proton anatomic images (a and b) were recorded an hour after the last nanodroplet injection (7 h after the start).
